Licensing
Standard is commercial use in your own channels. Extended is TV, cinema and paid distribution.
Exclusive or custom licence
Price on request
For unusual, larger or exclusive licensing needs, contact us for custom pricing. Exclusivity means the clip is withheld from other buyers within an agreed period, region or type of use.
Terms are agreed individually
- Time-limited or specifically defined exclusivity
- Geographic territory
- Media types and campaign
- Price
- The rights holder must approve the agreement
Here too, copyright stays with the film-maker: what you buy is an exclusive right of use, not ownership of the clip.

If you publish it yourself — your website, your own social channels, a presentation, an internal film, your own brochure or roll-up — the standard licence is enough. If you pay for the clip to be shown — television, cinema, online or print ads, paid social, campaigns — you need the extended licence. A licence cannot be upgraded afterwards without a new purchase, so when in doubt, take the larger one.
